This Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription transactions on the
LearnFast platform. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms &
Conditions and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to
the terms outlined below.
LearnFast is operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd, a company
registered under the Companies Act, 2013.
1. Subscription Plans
LearnFast offers premium subscription plans that unlock access to exclusive courses, modules, and learning
resources. Subscription validity is as follows:
Monthly Plan – Valid for 30 days
Quarterly Plan – Valid for 90 days
Annual Plan – Valid for 365 days
Users can select a suitable plan and make payment through available payment gateways to start using premium
features immediately.
2. iOS Subscriptions (Apple App Store)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of confirmation.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the
end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal charges may occur up to 24 hours prior to the start of a new cycle.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Apple ID > Subscriptions.
No refunds are provided by LearnFast for subscriptions purchased via Apple.
3. UPI AutoPay (India-Only)
For users in India, LearnFast supports UPI AutoPay in accordance with NPCI regulations:
Subscriptions may renew automatically up to 96 hours before expiry to ensure
uninterrupted access.
In case of failed payments, LearnFast may retry charging for up to 20 days post expiry.
You may cancel AutoPay anytime via your UPI app settings.
Subscription features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle even
after cancellation.
Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
4. Manual Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime by:
Disabling UPI AutoPay from your bank/UPI app
Contacting the LearnFast team through email at support@houseoftech.ai
No refunds are provided for partial usage, early cancellation, or non-usage during the subscription period.
5. Refund Policy
LearnFast follows a strict no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final and
non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for:
Change of mind
Partial usage
Inactivity during the subscription period
Accidental or duplicate purchases
6. Invoices & Payment Disputes
For invoices, email support@houseoftech.ai within 7 days of
payment.
Contact LearnFast support for any issues before initiating chargebacks or payment
reversals.
Unjustified or repeated chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account
suspension.
7. Taxes and Compliance
All subscription charges are inclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, unless stated
otherwise.
All payments are subject to Indian laws and regulations, including RBI and NPCI guidelines.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters related to this
Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
LearnFast reserves the right to provide the final interpretation of any clause in this
Policy.
